- You received a damaged item
- You received a wrong product

- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchange request must be made within 24β48 hours of delivery

- Refunds are not usually applicable
- In approved cases (wrong/damaged item), we provide:

- Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
- Size issue (please check size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind
π 6. Shipping for Exchange
- In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item) β we cover delivery cost
- In other cases β customer may bear shipping charges
